The Ford family called Hopedale Builders to create sorely needed extra room and to seamlessly blend in a major remodeling effort to enhance the aesthetic of the home. Not to mention it had to pass muster with the historic nature of the neighborhood.
Mission accomplished!! The expert craftsmen at Hopedale Builders added a bedroom, bathroom, mudroom and much needed breathing room for the entire family. And not only was the physical space increased but the home now feels more balanced as a result of the remodeling and yet the house still fits in perfectly with one of Charlotte's historic areas.
With careful attention to detail and a visionary approach to a complex project, Hopedale Builders gave this family room to grow, and then some.
