Our process begins with listening, as we discuss your goals. We want to ensure we have as much information as possible and are aligned from the start. 

 

Budgeting

After you’ve decided we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll talk numbers. We can help inform your design process and ensure your project stays within your budget.

Trade Walk

If the numbers and your goals align, we'll prepare a proposal and schedule a walk-through with our trusted tradespeople to review the existing conditions and proposed plans.  

Proposal Review

The proposal process requires exact accuracy. We'll consider the condition of your current home, materials, labor costs, pricing for experienced trades, and permitting. 

Moving Forward with Hopedale Builders

When you choose to move forward with us, a fixed-price agreement will be sent your way. You can make adjustments to your project after signing the agreement. 

Selection Period

Your Project Coordinator will ensure all necessary documents are in place for construction. You will meet with vendors to fine-tune selections, and materials will be ordered and scheduled for production. 

Construction Begins

You'll have bi-weekly meetings with your Project Manager, milestone walk-throughs to keep you informed, and access to real-time updates through our client portal. 

Move In Day + Warranty

Our service doesn’t end when we clean your entire project site, pack up, and drive away. We’ll be in touch for a check-in to ensure your new space meets your standards and to address any needs during your warranty period.

We hired Hopedale to remodel our kitchen and convert an addition to a mudroom with a powder room. We can’t recommend them highly enough. We had issues with both our designer and cabinet company (not affiliated with Hopedale) but Hopedale stepped up to ensure our project was completed to their high standards.
